By Car

From the North/East:
Take I-95 South to Exit 22 (North Benson Road Exit). Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto North Benson Road. Drive ½ mile to the Post Road (just after passing under the train tracks), and turn right onto US Route 1 which is the Post Road. The 4th traffic light is Unquowa Road; turn right, and Yoga for Everybody is on your left, a few doors up from the Community Theatre, and before the bridge over the train tracks. It is upstairs. The word "YOGA" is above the double doors that lead up to the center. (Please do not be confused by Unquowa Place, which is the 3rd traffic light.)

From the South/West:
Take I-95 North to Exit 21 (Mill Plain Road Exit). Turn right onto Mill Plain Road. Go through 1 light and under the train tracks. At the next light, turn left onto US Route 1 which is the Post Road. Continue about 4/10ths of a mile to the 5th traffic light, which is Unquowa Road. Turn left, and Yoga for Everybody is on your left, a few doors up from the Community Theatre, and before the bridge over the train tracks. It is located upstairs. (Please do not be confused by Unquowa Place, which is the 6th traffic light.)

From Easton or the Merritt Parkway:
If on the Merritt Parkway, get off at Exit 44 (Fairfield) and continue south of Route 58 which is Black Rock Turnpike. If coming from points north (Easton and up), take Route 58 South. From the intersection of Route 58/Black Rock Turnpike with the Merritt, continue 2 miles south to Stillson Road, which is Route 135. This is at a traffic light. Turn right onto Stillson Road, and follow this straight for 2 ½ miles to the Post Road/Route 1. Turn right onto the Post Road. The 4th traffic light is Unquowa Road; turn right, and Yoga for Everybody is on your left, a few doors up from the Community Theatre, and before the bridge over the train tracks. Parking
All the street parking in Fairfield is 2 hour parking (Monday through Saturday) and there are no meters Sunday there is no time limit for street parking. In addition, there is the train station, just a block away, with ample parking on evenings and weekends. A municipal lot is located close by, on Reef Road, just behind the Town Gazebo. A parking garage is located behind Borders Bookstore, a few blocks away. When the two banks and library near us are closed, you may park in their lots as well.

By Train

Conveniently located a block away from the Fairfield train station of the MetroNorth train system.

From the North/East:
Take I-95 South to Exit 19. Go straight to the light, which is Rte. 1 and the Post Road. turn left and follow Rte. 1 to Pequot Avenue. Turn right on Pequot. From the South/West:
