Our studio is large, airy, with lots of windows. We have recently expanded our practice room beyond the former lobby wall to allow for even more yoga space!  Even our most popular classes now have plenty of extra room for students to stretch out.  The studio is clean and quiet and has equipment/props including blankets, blocks, straps/ties and bolsters for student use. Mats are available for rental for a small fee. The bay window faces west, providing beautiful views of the sunset--every day is different! The space is warm and inviting and has great energy. Class size varies from 2 to 25, mostly around 14 students in an average class.

We have 15 yoga teachers, all certified, who teach in many traditions, including Kripalu, Anusara, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Viniyoga, Restorative, to name a few. Our classes are eclectic--no two classes are the same from day to day or week to week.

Middle School yoga for girls meets once a week during the school year. Our studio is well equipped with blankets, blocks, straps and sandbags.

Children's yoga (family yoga) is generally offered once a month.

Yoga on the beach takes place in the summer -- both in the morning and also at night with a bonfire!
