Our Yoga at the Beach Classes start in July

Our studio is large, airy, with lots of windows. The room is about 30 X 30 feet in size, is clean and quiet and has equipment such as mats, blankets, blocks, straps/ties and eye pillows. The bay window faces west, providing beautiful views of the sunset--every day is different!

Class size varies from 2 to 25, mostly around 10 students in an average class

We have 15 yoga teachers, all certified, who teach in many traditions, including Kripalu, Anusara, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Viniyoga, Restorative, to name a few. Our classes are eclectic--no two classes are the same from day to day or week to week.

Our new store, Everything Yoga at Yoga for Everybody, officially opened March 22, 2008. Yoga clothes, yoga props, yoga CDs, DVDs, books, and yoga-inspired jewelry are a few of the items available. There is also a lending library and a freebox with yoga clothes. Snacks and drinks will soon be available, and there is a place to sit and have tea (on us!). The store is downstairs at 11 Unquowa Road, next door to the Community Theatre.

Jen Jennings is one of the people who help you register for a class at the front desk of Y4E which is located downstairs in the store.

Children's yoga (family yoga) will be offered on May 3.

Yoga on the beach takes place in the summer -- both during the day and also at night with a bonfire!
