The 40 Day Global Sadhana will be offered at Yoga for Everybody Monday through Friday, 6:15am-6:45am beginning March 27th (Tuesday) through May 3rd and the last meditation on May 4th (Friday) will be from 7:45am-8:15am.  The meditation on April 6th will also be from 7:45am-8:15am. Weather Cancellation Policy


The decision to cancel a class depends on the weather, where the teacher is coming from and the type of class. Please check the office answering machine to see if a class is being held. The machine will be updated at least one hour prior to the class that is being canceled.
