To get started in a few easy steps, please do the following:

  • Book your first class directly on the Schedule page. Or, book a call with the owner, Ingrid Prueher, so she can guide you as to what class would work best for your needs. You can request a call with Ingrid by emailing us at info@yoga4everybody.net or texting us at 347-836-5385 (this number can only be used for texting). Our main studio phone number (Ingrid’s direct cell number) is 203-254-YOGA(9642), which you can call or text. She is the only one that responds.
