  • ANASTASIA PRYANIKOVA

    Anastasia is a RYT 200 Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Yoga Trapeze, and CirqFit Lyra certified teacher, breathwork coach and an herbalist. Anastasia is passionate about connecting people, movement and plants for health and well-being. Her practice and teachings are rooted in the values of personal exploration, accessibility, playfulness and connection to Nature, or “rewilding”. A yoga practitioner over 20 years and a lover of aerial arts that both excite and challenge the body and mind, Anastasia can help create a practice that is unique to you. As a former lawyer and currently busy mom and entrepreneur, Anastasia quite literally takes yoga off the mat and into everyday life, teaching “car yoga” in a parking lot, chair yoga from a hotel room, breathwork on a hike, yoga and aerial yoga on a farm field, in a salt cave and In people’s backyards. She believes that you can always take your practice wherever life takes you.

  • ARIADNE DRAKONAKIS-KAMBAS

    Ariadne is a 500-hour certified Kripalu yoga teacher and 300-hour TCTSY-F (Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator) with extensive training and work experience in Massage Therapy and Occupational Therapy. A yoga teacher since 2003, Ariadne also completed training and certification in Kripalu Yoga in the Schools, Pre/Postnatal Yoga, and Massage Therapy, and Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra. Ariadne offers a skillful, empowering, heart-centered practice consisting of yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation designed to cultivate presence, personal inquiry, and nonjudgmental self-awareness. Central to each practice is the invitation to choose, moment to moment, the depth and direction of one’s yoga practice. This choice-driven approach to her practice empowers participants to observe their present moment experience with steadiness and to possibly ride the waves of their life with an evolving sense of compassion, ease and grace. She believes the practice of yoga awakens the compassionate intelligence of the body-mind-heart and spirit thereby guiding us towards a more awakened and empowered engagement with life.

  • BETH WEBSTER

    Beth is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher. Her yoga classes are guided by her enthusiasm for yoga and desire to help people explore their minds and bodies through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. Her classes are challenging, yet approachable with a focus on building strength and flexibility through interesting sequences, longer-held postures, and balance work. Beth considers herself to be a lifelong student of yoga and is committed to learning, growing, and sharing her knowledge with others. Above all, she strives to create an environment that is welcoming, fun, and inclusive.

  • BIANCA BARLOW

    Yoga has been a steady anchor in Bianca’s life, helping her navigate big transitions and find balance along the way. She completed her 200-hour certification in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota and has since taught in a variety of settings—from Surfer Yoga classes in Oahu, Hawaii where she lived for two years, to all-level classes back home in Germany. Her teaching style blends slow, mindful movement with powerful, challenging sequences, creating a practice that builds both inner calm and physical strength. As a busy entrepreneur, Bianca sees yoga as a way to reconnect with the body, clear the mind, and feel more grounded in daily life. Outside of yoga, Bianca is also a certified life coach and professional dog trainer. She runs Dogfulness Coaching where she helps people build strong, trusting relationships with their dogs through holistic, evidence-based training. When she’s not teaching or working with clients, you’ll most likely find her outdoors— traveling, hiking, and adventuring with her husband and their Australian Shepherd, or just soaking up the sun by the ocean with a good cup of coffee.

  • CATERINA (aka CAT) MALLONE

    Cat is a 500-hour certified Vinyasa Flow teacher and Level I Reiki practitioner. In 2019, she received her training in India at Sampoorna to deepen her own practice. She returned with a renewed sense of purpose to share with others what a yoga lifestyle has given her: an access point to new daily habits and mindsets of real self-care and love. With an emphasis on breath expansion, her classes are designed to build both outer and inner strength and flexibility. Her intention is to inspire deeper awareness, healing, and connectedness to others.

  • CRYSTAL WRIGHT

    Crystal, ERYT-500, Birth Doula, Mindfulness Coach, and Community Herbalist. Crystal believes deeply in yogic practices spanning beyond asana. Crystal is dedicated to guiding her students to transformative and exceptional experiences within themselves on and beyond the mat. Having studied the lineages of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Iyengar Yoga, Crystal has developed an arsenal of tools to meet students where they are, joyfully. Crystal’s teaching style is rooted in safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive yoga practices. Crystal is most passionate about fostering connections to self, others, and the world around us. She looks forward to connecting with you on the mat.

  • CYNTHIA DAVIS

    Cynthia has practiced yoga for over 25 years. She is a 500+RYT with extensive training in anatomy, asana, pranayama, meditation, and the subtle body. In addition to her 500 hours, she has certifications in Yin, Restorative, and Trauma Informed yoga. Cynthia’s classes incorporate yoga philosophy and asana to help students build strength, flexibility, and presence of mind. Students will be physically challenged and invigorated while centered and reconnected to themselves. “No matter the stage of life, the human body and mind are cells that are growing and changing in each moment, providing new opportunities to create positive change. Her intention is to practice yoga and life with compassion to make the most of the space she occupies on this earth.” Cynthia is the owner of Cynthia Designs where she offers hand-made jewelry, decorative and fine art services, and plant-based nutrition coaching. She also teaches yoga to local refugee women through the program Our Woven Community with The Burroughs Community Center in Bridgeport. It brings her great joy to share her yoga practice with Yoga 4 Everybody community.

  • EVELYNE SERAIS

    Evelyne, E-RYT 500. Evelyne’s classes are always purposeful but never predictable, compassionately challenging with an element of seriousness - yet light in spirit. As a teacher, her intention is to guide her students towards personal discovery and a better life experience. Evelyne finds great joy in sharing what she learns through both her personal practice and the trainings she’s completed. Over the years, Evelyne has studied Hatha Yoga (over 500 hours/Kripalu and the Amrit Yoga Institute), Kundalini Yoga (over 500 hours/Kundalini Research Institute), and various forms of Meditation, including Yoga Nidra (Amrit Yoga Institute), Heartfulness Meditation (Shri Ram Chandra Mission), Adyashanti, Shambala (Gampo Abbey/Pema Chodron), and Gong (self-study). She has also explored different styles of body work, including Positional Therapy (Levels 1&2/Lee Albert) and Thai Yoga (Jonas Wresting & Lotus Palm) Ever inspired by the students she meets and their diverse experiences, Evelyne has also explored focused trainings such as yoga for addiction and restorative yoga. She has great gratitude for the teachers and masters who have been a part of her studies, but Evelyne always says she learns the most from her students as they practice and evolve, together. Evelyne’s personal yoga practice is her foundation; she believes the revelations from her practice are best shared. In 2010, this inspired her to become the owner of Yoga 4 Everybody (Fairfield, CT). As the owner until 2018, Evelyne successfully carried out her vision to establish Y4E as an authentic yoga community and learning center in Fairfield County. She is most grateful for what Y4E has achieved thus far and its potential to help serve even more people. The mission statement she created for the studio, and herself, still remains: “To contribute to the conscious awakening of our community, on and off the mat.”

  • HALEY GOLDBLATT

    Haley Goldblatt is a dedicated yoga teacher, clinical mental health counseling graduate student, and holistic wellness advocate based in Stratford, Connecticut. With over three years of experience guiding trauma-informed, inclusive yoga classes, Haley creates empowering spaces rooted in self-awareness, embodiment, and personal transformation.

    Her approach draws from somatic healing, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and breathwork practices, integrating her Reiki Master training to foster deeper energetic connection. Haley’s teaching is grounded in a belief that healing is relational—emerging from the dynamic interplay of mind, body, spirit, and community.

    Currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Sacred Heart University, Haley is passionate about weaving movement and mindfulness into therapeutic practice. Her work is informed by person-centered and Gestalt therapy frameworks, as well as her academic background in holistic health, nutrition, and food-as-medicine philosophy.

    Haley’s mission is to hold space for authentic connection, healing, and transformation—whether in the yoga studio, counseling room, or community gathering space.

  • INGRID PRUEHER

    Ingrid is a passionate yoga instructor and holistic wellness advocate dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to health and balance. She is the owner of Yoga 4 Everybody, a thriving yoga studio and wellness center voted Best Studio in Fairfield in 2023 and 2025. With nearly two decades of experience in holistic coaching, Ingrid blends her knowledge of mind-body wellness with her love for yoga to create transformative experiences for her students.

    Ingrid holds a 200-hour yoga teacher certification, a yoga nidra certification, and is currently pursuing her 300-hour advanced yoga training to complete her 500-hour certification. She is also a Reiki Master and an Integrative Energy Medicine Practitioner. This has fortified her commitment to energy healing and holistic well-being. With her multidisciplinary background, Ingrid integrates various healing modalities, including breath work, essential oils, sound healing; and mindfulness, into her yoga classes.

    Beyond the mat, Ingrid is a holistic sleep coach with a national presence, a seasoned public speaker, a medical intuitive, aromatherapist, holistic health coach, lactation consultant; and a proud author of the children’s sleep product, The Goodnight Buddy. She is an immigrant from Guatemala who speaks both English and Spanish fluently, bringing a unique cultural richness to her teaching.

    Ingrid’s classes are warm, nurturing, and accessible, offering something for every body. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or just beginning your yoga journey, Ingrid creates a supportive space for you to cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner peace.

    When she’s not teaching yoga or exploring energy healing, Ingrid enjoys cooking, making sourdough bread, yoga, dancing, and strength training at home. She lives a vibrant, holistic lifestyle with her husband, two sons, and their beloved fur babies, Messi and Paco.

  • JEAN GUITTEREZ

    Jean is a Certified Transformational Life Coach and a Certified sound healer that utilizes crystal sound bowls, gongs, chimes and tuning forks to help elevate your frequency and balance your chakras. Jean is also Reiki II and an EFT Practitioner.

  • JENNIFER SEIDEMAN

    Jen has a 200YTT from Saraswati’s Yoga Joint in Norwalk and has been teaching for 2 years. Jen has a background in retail/ event planning and has always been interested in fitness and wellness. She found yoga as another means of fitness 18 years ago. After a couple of years of practicing she found that the mind- body connection was truly powerful. Jen believes that practicing yoga is something that can help everyone feel better in their bodies and minds. She loves bringing people together and helping them feel good inside themselves. Yoga is for people of all ages and Jen believes it is something one can practice their whole lives.”

  • JIM LOPRESTI

    As a sound bath practitioner, Jim LoPresti utilizes handpans, gongs, chimes and other instruments as well as electronic frequencies with a focus on the handpan to offer soothing and healing qualities through beautiful and resonate tones. Having studied Tibetan Buddhism for several years Jim found the instrument to be a useful aid for his own meditative practice as well as for others as a tool for removing stress in everyday life. 

    The immersive sound experience starts with a guided grounding meditation followed by sounds to help explore your own mind and practice mindfulness. 

    The experience helps promote relaxation, reduce stress, and induce a state of deep meditation.

  • JOAN FLEMING

    Joan, RYT200, completed her teacher training at Kaia Yoga, Westport CT. She credits the amazing teachers and fellow students she has been blessed to meet along with her more than a twenty-year journey into yoga that helped her to decide to dive deeper into this beautiful practice and want to share it with others. She believes that it is in the deep connection to the breath, a "moving meditation", that yoga becomes intuitive and the transformation begins. Her approach to guiding those through yoga is always through the humble spirit of the seeker.

  • JUDY ORR

    When Judy first stepped onto her mat and realized what life changing principles and connections yoga has to offer she was hooked. After spending many years practicing different styles of yoga which included Bikram, Vinyasa, Dharma Mittra and Jiva Mukti, she began her journey as a teacher in 2013. Judy completed Buddhi Power Yoga 200hrs Teacher Training Certification with Lyn Kehoe. Her teaching style has blossomed further from attending workshops led by inspirational teachers like Bryan Kest, Tao Porchon Lynch, Rodney Yee and Kathryn Budig. She completed her 300hrs Spring 2017 at Kaia Yoga with Gina Norman. Judy’s certifications include: Foundations of Thai Yoga with Shai, Plonski, Restorative Yoga with Jillian Pransky, Yin Yoga with Biff Mithoefer Y12SR for Addiction Reiki with Brett Bevell. Judy brings to her class humor, energy and lightheartedness. She combines a challenging Vinyasa flow with attention to breath, alignment, and yogic philosophy. All while encouraging her students to practice their yoga off their mats and into their everyday lives.

  • KARIN HOLMGREN

    Karin’s yoga journey began 3 decades ago, and her passion for the practice is evident in her teaching. Her yoga teacher journey began in 2013 when she completed her first 30-hour teacher training with Shakta Khalsa at Radiant Child Yoga. In 2021, she deepened her practice with an 8-hour Restorative Yoga certification at Jiiva Yoga with Elizabeth Ziegler. Most recently, she earned her 200-hour RYT certification in January 2022 from Sutra 46 Yoga School under the guidance of Lauren Lanham and Megan Zwerlein. In addition, she holds certification in Yoga Nidra and Meditation. Her teaching philosophy revolves around creating a welcoming and supportive environment for students of all levels. She believes that yoga is for everyone, and her classes cater to a diverse range of students. She teaches a variety of classes to suit different needs and preferences, including Beach Yoga, Teen Yoga, Mixed Levels Yoga, Yoga Basics and Gentle Flow Yoga. Karin’s teaching style is warm, inviting, and encouraging. She believes that yoga is for everyone, and she creates a safe and supportive space for students of all levels to explore their practice. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with her students, and she helps them to find their own inner strength and peace. She embodies the positive impact that yoga can have on one's life, both on and off the mat.

  • LEAH PUCCIARELLI

    Leah holds a 200 hour YA certification and has been practicing yoga for 25 years, exploring everything from gentle restorative flows to the strength and playfulness of arm balances and headstands. But beyond the physical postures, yoga has taught her so much more—how to be present, how to sit and pause during difficult times, and how to bring mindfulness into daily life.

    Leah is deeply inspired by the 8 limbs of yoga and believes that yoga is a way of living, not just something we do on the mat. Whether it’s through movement, breath, or stillness, she loves sharing yoga in a way that is accessible to everyone. Her philosophy is simple: if you can breathe, you can do yoga.

  • MEREDITH CHESROWN

    Meredith Chesrown is an Embodied Meditation teacher. She developed a passion for yoga, meditation, and sound healing after years of being a student herself. She believes that mindfulness, meditation & breath work can be invaluable tools to use in our daily lives and works with her students to develop this practice.

  • MICHELE CERINO

    Michele’s wellness journey began as a modern dancer and dance teacher. She served Connecticut public schools for 31 years as a teacher, administrator, and advocate for equity, mindfulness, and arts integration (1992- 2023). She believes that “Educating the mind without educating the heart, is no education at all.” (Aristotle). Michele earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Emerson College), a Master of Science in education and a 6th year certificate in school administration (SCSU). Additionally, in 2013, Michele studied meditation at Omega Institute and completed Mindful Schools certification. As a principal in Bridgeport, she led a flagship social-emotional learning school and was honored as a Yale University Changemakers Fellow in 2016. Michele completed 200 HR RYT at Bend Yoga in 2023. In 2024, she traveled to Bali where she studied at Ulu Yoga with like-minded yogis from around the world, completing 500+ HR RYT. Additionally, Michele is a Reiki level 2 practitioner and sound healer. Michele is finding peace and happiness living at the beach, traveling, spending time with her grandsons, and sharing her passion for yoga and mindful living.

  • MILICA LOSIC

    Millie is a 200H RYT, and has been practicing yoga for more than fifteen years. She has extensive experience in teaching beginner, yin, and flow yoga classes. Millie believes that with the right support everyone can and should practice yoga. Her classes are designed to encourage students to challenge their bodies and minds in a safe and effective way. Millie believes that yoga classes should be just the right mix of educational, fun, and relaxing moments.

  • PATRICK CASEY

    Patrick's personal spiritual journey began as a teenager studying Chinese style martial arts. That path led to Transcendental Meditation, which he has practiced steadily since 1994. Discovering yoga in 1998 eventually led to advanced certifications in both Integral Yoga and Amrit Yoga. He is also certified in Kundalini Yoga with many other workshops and trainings across the yoga spectrum, too many to mention. As a student of Sri Swami Satchidananda, who liked to say "truth is one, paths are many," Patricks classes are sprinkled with nuggets of wisdom from many different philosophies. His classes are challenging but accessible to all. He likes to say "the pose is the signpost, not the destination, and the measure of a good yogi is not how flexible you are, but how you deal with adversity off the mat." Patrick is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and Thai Massage Bodyworker, trained and certified at I T M in Chang Mai Thailand.

  • SARAH STRONG

    Sarah loves making yoga do-able and inclusive to everyone by offering student ways to both challenge oneself and to step back and relax. She has been teaching since 2007 and is certified at the 500 hr level. She believes that regardless of age or fitness level, everyone can benefit from a regular yoga practice.
