Group reiki & essential oils

Energy Reset & Aromatherapy Support

Step into a calm, nurturing space to restore your energy, quiet your mind, and reconnect to your center.

In this group experience, you’ll receive Reiki, a gentle, hands-off energy healing, while being supported by carefully selected essential oils to deepen relaxation, balance the nervous system, and help you feel grounded and clear. We’ll begin with a short intention-setting and breath practice, then you’ll settle into a comfortable resting position (lying down or seated).

Reiki is offered in a group format as you rest, allowing the energy to flow where your body and spirit need it most.

Throughout the session, we’ll incorporate essential oils through aromatherapy (diffusing and optional topical application), chosen to match the theme of the class. For example: stress relief, emotional balance, immune support, or deep sleep.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned, like you got a full energetic “reset.”

Perfect for: stress, overwhelm, emotional heaviness, low energy, busy minds, anyone craving calm

What to expect: intention-setting, guided relaxation, group Reiki, aromatherapy, quiet integration time

What to bring: water, cozy layers; feel free to bring a journal

Good to know: no experience needed; you’ll be fully guided. Essential oils are always optional, with alternatives available for sensitivities.

BreatHe to rewire: a hypnobreathwork journey
Mar

BreatHe to rewire: a hypnobreathwork journey

An immersive, guided breathwork experience to reset the nervous system and access deep subconscious states. (Please read contraindications below before registering)

Breathe to Rewire is a powerful hypnobreathwork journey designed to help you quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and rewire limiting patterns stored in the body and subconscious.

In this session, participants wear headsets and are guided through intentional breath patterns while listening to shamanic-style drumming and curated music, creating a deeply immersive, inward-focused experience. The rhythmic sound helps guide the brain into expanded states of awareness, where emotional release, clarity, and insight naturally arise.

You will be gently guided throughout the journey—no prior breathwork or meditation experience is needed. Each session supports releasing stress, accessing intuition, and reconnecting with a grounded sense of self.

Benefits may include:

Nervous system regulation and stress release

Access to deeper meditative and subconscious states

Emotional clarity and energetic reset

A sense of grounding, insight, and renewed perspective

This is a lying-down practice. Participants are encouraged to bring a blanket, pillow, or eye covering for comfort. Headsets are provided to enhance the experience.

Come as you are. Breathe. Reset. Rewire.

Contraindications / Please Read Before Attending

creativity as personal activism
Mar

creativity as personal activism

Creative practices center us, bring us into our bodies, keep us in the present moment and can ultimately heal us.

Rollo May speaks of creation itself as a courageous act that changes the world. Not just artistic expression, it is the courage to bring something new into existence. The act of creativity challenges systems that suppress individuality and imagination.

We need this now.

Here’s an invitation to explore the act of creation as one that is as simple as breathing and can be as complex as moving in unison. The benefit? A feeling of expansiveness, openness, spontaneity, aliveness.

Please join us as we bring the imaginal realm into the physical through embodied practices. We’ll get grounded and get our energy flowing, build heat within so we can clear, and tune in to see what could be released.

You’ll get to experience Qi Gong with Mark Romano, Creative Movement with Beth Furman and Embodied Meditation with Marika Baxter.

Cost: $45

To Register: Email bethfurman@optonline.net to reserve your spot and for payment info.
