Theme for the month: Sagittarius - Adventure & Possibility Sagittarius expands our vision and reconnects us to curiosity, growth, and possibility. This uplifting practice emphasizes expansive standing poses and chest opening flows that encourage freedom in body and mind.

Cancellation Policy - PLEASE READ - Should you need to cancel your booking, please do so two hours prior to class start time. Cancellations within two hours of class start time will not be credited. If you are a monthly unlimited member, you will be charged $5 per no-show after two no-shows.
