Meet Natalia Aristizabal:

Natalia joined Y4E earlier this year as a Reiki and sound bath practitioner, offering space to slow down, rest, and connect. A Norwalk native with Colombian roots, Natalia turned to yoga and meditation after her father’s passing and found an emotional outlet in running, completing the Hartford Marathon in October 2025. One of her daily wellness practices includes Transcendental Meditation, which sparked a spiritual awakening and ultimately inspired her transition from the corporate world to energy work, creative expression, and working at Art Monster Studio with children of all ages. Through Sol & Luna Spirit Wellness, she brings people together through Reiki, sound, and art, including monthly Inner Canvas workshops at the art studio. She is passionate about supporting local small businesses and founded a sunrise cold plunge community at Compo Beach. Outside her practice, she enjoys nature, time with her daughter dancing, and her dog, Sunshine. Love and service are at the heart of who Natalia is, alongside her belief that we are all born creators. She is grateful to share her practice at Yoga4Everybody, a community that has offered her sanctuary and connection.

Meet Judelysse Gomez:

Judelysse is an Afro-Dominican (Black-Dominican) woman and trained psychologist. Her work as an intuitive tarot reader, guide, and spiritual advisor, along with her writing, centers on the understanding that individuals’ experiences are influenced by the contexts in which they are embedded. Her personal and professional experiences have shaped her passion for social justice, empowerment, and liberation. She writes poetry and prose inspired by her interest in and commitment to radical self-healing and collective healing from historical and intergenerational trauma, as well as the esoteric arts and the occult. Guided by spirits and ancestors (Afro-Caribbean and Arawak/Taíno), Judelysse seeks to help usher in transformational personal and collective change. She is passionate about journeying alongside and supporting fellow cycle breakers on their healing journeys. Private sessions are offered through Brujula Healing.
